Fernando has a record of helping clients solve their most complex cross-border legal disputes. He has regularly represented clients in cases exceeding $100 million in controversy, and he has taken on the largest companies and law firms in the Americas and won. With particular experience in arbitration and litigation involving Latin America, he has represented clients in ICC, ICDR, and ICSID arbitration as well as litigation in federal and state courts throughout the US.
Fernando has recently been inducted as a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Luis is a Peruvian attorney* with proven academic and work experience in Latin America, Europe, and Spain. He has longstanding experience assisting businesses, investors, and States in international arbitration cases carried out in English, Spanish, and Portuguese under the laws of numerous jurisdictions and under the rules of the major arbitration institutions (ICC, ICSID, ICDR, LCIA, UNCITRAL). Luis' core international dispute-resolution focus is on energy, mining, infrastructure, and investor-state relationships, among others.
